Orders under £75 – Standard delivery  –  £7.99 (inc. VAT)

Our goods are despatched via Parcelforce. Delivery in the UK generally takes 2 days, although we don’t guarantee this. If your order is especially urgent we advise you to contact us by phone.

If you enter a mobile number with your order, Parcelforce will send you a text with a one hour delivery slot which you can accept or rearrange.

Our delivery partners do not operate on weekends or bank holidays. If you are placing an order around a bank holiday, please allow extra time for delivery.

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched on the following working day.

For all shipping methods, the day after despatch should be counted as day 1 of the delivery window.

In store collection

You’re welcome to collect your online order in store at no additional cost. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you during our opening hours. Please note that we require a valid proof of purchase (email confirmation or order number) upon collection.

Returns policy

If you have purchased an item in error or have changed your mind, we will be happy to accept returns within 14 days, provided that all items are securely packaged and returned in their original, perfectly resaleable condition, including all accompanying tags, manuals, and accessories and that you are willing to pay the delivery charge to return it to us. If this is done to our Standards a full refund will be awarded.

If you have received an item that is damaged, faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the product description, we will make the necessary arrangements for its return. This may require you to send it back to us using a suitable postal service or courier, or we may arrange for the products to be collected. In the case of damaged or faulty products, we will require photographic evidence of the product(s), packaging, and the delivery label(s). Please ensure that all items are securely packaged and returned in their original, perfectly resaleable condition (where applicable), including all accompanying tags, manuals, and accessories.

If no fault or damage is found, we reserve the right to charge for the collection and re-delivery of the item or deduct the costs from your refund.

Please note that by returning an item to us, you take full responsibility for its condition during transit. If the item is returned in unsecure packaging or in a damaged state, we may deduct a portion from your refund.
